Made in a similar way to Cocchi Americano, Rosa does however use a different base wine, the aromatic Brachetto, and enjoys a different recipe of botanicals including dried rose petals, vanilla and ginger. Inspired by the liqueurs of 18th century France, Chambord is intensely enjoyable and plays a key role in classic cocktails including the French Manhattan, Butler Miller and the tempting Chambord Daiquiri. All our products, whether food, wine or accessories, are carefully chosen for their quality and value. This rosé aperitif wine is based on a blend of two aromatic varietals, Brachetto and Malvasia from Italy's Piedmont region. Bringing out the big guns with a true classic of the cocktail cabinet, Monin’s Grenadine syrup barely needs an introduction.

Produced according to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe, Cocchi Rosa is the traditional aperitif of Asti, a real piece of history of this Italian town. On its label the original futurist rooster designed in the 30’s and representing his aperitif function (“it awakes the appetite”) as well as one of the symbols of the town of Asti. Strawberries, roses and vanilla hints on the nose, with grapefruit zest and the delicate spice of ginger and the bittersweet taste of gentian on the palate. Founder Giulio Cocchi, a young pastry chef from Florence moved to Asti and established his company in 1891.Ideal to be enjoyed as a long drink with tonic or in a classic cocktail, Cocchi Rosa adds bitter, sweet, spicy and fruity notes to your serve and is the must have for a drinks enthusiast.

It’s excellent as a chilled aperitif, but its versatility as a cocktail ingredient is obvious from your first sip. The name “Americano” is both due to the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda. The most recent is Cocchi Rosa produced with a base of red wines of Piedmont to which herbs and spices extracts are added, in particular gentian, cinchona, citrus zests and rose petals.Maraschino Luxardo is a classic Italian liqueur and is presented in it's traditional way, rafia covered bottle and all.

Whether as a long drink with tonic over ice, chilled on it's own or as a cocktail base Cocchi Rosa ticks all the boxes. In its spritz version, Cocchi Rosa is mixed with Brachetto wine and a zest of rose grapefruit or lemon. Cocchi Rosa is a perfect ingredient for the new trend of “low octane” cocktails, with a low alcohol content. Some of the data that are collected include the number of visitors, their source, and the pages they visit anonymously. The special recipe that Briottet have developed over time ensures that only the finest, sweetest notes of blackberry come through and are combined perfectly with the rich cream, ensuring a flavour which you can’t help but enjoy.Refined with natural floral and spice extracts, especially gentian, cinchona and citrus as in Americano Bianco but with the addition of saffron, vanilla and rose petals.
